We collect, check and monitor your legal obligations under the French Labor Code ensuring compliance with your duty of vigilance concerning models, agencies, and the various service providers involved
Providers
We handle communication with all service providers required to submit their legal documents. To do so, we:
- Determine all service providers not directly managed by the production company, such as photographers, videographers, hair and makeup artists, and manicure teams.
- Assess any subcontractors engaged by primary service providers. Our duty of care also extends to indirect subcontractors.
- Compile a list of the legal documents that the company requires its service providers to sign.
For HMUM, we work with talent agencies to obtain lists of assistants. We then reach out to each assistant and, if needed, assist them in their administrative procedures to gather the necessary documents. Many are unfamiliar with these processes, so we provide full support.
We ensure that all documents are checked for compliance and validity.
Models and agencies
We liaise with the casting agency to obtain lists of models on option.
We collect all legal documents from the modeling agencies, as well as those from the models (passports, visas when applicable, work permits when required, and of course, the medical certificate – a crucial document that must be compliant).
